Opera Production Management is the heart of Opera MES: this is where you can set up the factory model and manage the production order, i.e. the key element from which all the other functional areas are developed. This module can easily interface with the ERP system or be used as a single factory platform to manage all production data, including routing, BOM, recipes and production schedules. It allows you to plan and digitize production activities, acquire real-time data on the use and efficiency of resources, as well as offer you constant control and timely analysis of historical data.

With Opera Production Sequencing you can schedule production orders at full capacity, taking into account the schedule of resources and ensuring the availability of the materials needed to produce. The scheduled plan is displayed in a highly customizable web-based Gantt chart, which gives you intuitive drag&drop capabilities to move stages whenever you need to. In addition, interactive graphic tools highlight the production phases, including incoming materials and to identify potential delays with respect to the delivery dates requested by customers.
